Simon Golshan provides legal advice on real estate transactions, project developments and ongoing asset management. His activities in the field of asset management cover all questions of commercial tenancy law, real estate law as well as public and private construction law. His clients include well-known institutional investors, domestic and foreign investors, project developers and family offices.
Until joining Walch Rittberg Nagel in 2019, Simon Golshan worked as a lawyer and since 2017 as a partner in a medium-sized MDP law firm in Hamburg in the field of real estate law. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, he held his first professional position with a law firm in Hamburg specializing in real estate law.
