Alexander Fischer supports private and institutional investors in all phases of real estate investment from acquisition, marketing, and leasing to sale of the asset. He focuses on providing legal advice for real estate transactions, in particular commercial and special-purpose properties such as shopping centers, logistics facilities, hotels, and student/micro apartments.

Alexander Fischer also serves as a consultant for project developments in all legal matters from the purchase of land to the conclusion of contracts with architects, planners, and construction firms and provides construction supervision until the exit.
